No. By law, a Notary Public cannot draft legal documents, give legal advice, or choose the type of notarization required for your document. If you need legal assistance, please consult an attorney.

Do you offer walk-in services?

No, we operate strictly by appointment only. This ensures that every client receives prompt, dedicated service without unnecessary waiting times.

What is a Jurat vs. an Acknowledgment?

An Acknowledgment verifies the identity of the signer and confirms they signed the document willingly. A Jurat requires the signer to swear or affirm to the truthfulness of the document’s contents and must be signed in the presence of the notary.

Will you travel to me?

Yes, we offer Mobile Notary services by appointment. We can travel to your home, office, hospital, or other agreed-upon locations for added convenience. Travel fees apply.

What if my ID is expired?
